Անկեղծ ասած`նման արձագանքը որոշ չափով սպասելի էր: Բայց պետք է նաև ասեմ, որ շատերի արձագանքը բացառապես հուզական էր, ոչ բոլորն են որակական գնահատական տվել: Մարդիկ գտնում են, որ հենց իրենք պետք է հաղթեն հաջորդ ընտրություններում: Դա իրենց

Ի՞նչ կադրային ռեսուրսներ այսօր ունի իշխանությունը ծրագրի իրականացման
համար:


Ծրագիրը, կարծում եմ, շատ իրատեսական է: Բացի այդ, կա քաղաքական կամք, Հանրապետական կուսակցության հզոր կադրային,
ինտելեկտուալ
բազան,
կա
քաղաքական
բոլոր
ուժերի
և
քաղաքացիական
հատվածի
հետ
աշխատելու
ցանկություն:
Դա
շատ
լուրջ
է:
Մենք
անկեղծ
ենք
մեր
գործընկերների
հետ,
տրամադրված
ենք
կառուցողական
երկխոսության:
Շատ
կարևոր
է
նաև
հասկանալ,
թե
ինչ
նպատակներ
ենք
մենք
դնում
մեր
առջև:
Կարծում
եմ`ավելի
լավ
է
5% տնտեսական
աճ
ձեռքբերելու
խնդիր
դնել
և
իրականացնել
այն,
քան
7% աճի
նպատակ
դնել
ու
հետո
ձախողել
այն:
Գտնում
եմ,
որ
նոր
կառավարությունն
իր
խոստումներում
ավելի
իրատեսական
է.
ավելի
լավ
է
դրական,
քան
բացասական
անակնկալներ
ունենալ:


Կառավարության ծրագիրը քննարկելիս իր ելույթում ԲՀԿ-ից պատգամավոր Գուրգեն Արսենյանը հայտարարեց, որ ՀՀԿ-ում երկատվածություն կա: Արդյո՞ք
նման
պառակտման
վտանգ
է:


Չգիտեմ, թե ինչ պառակտման մասին է խոսել Արսենյանը, քանի որ հանրապետականները միահամուռ կերպով
աջակցել
են
վարչապետին,
ինչպես
նաև
հավանություն
տվել
նրա
ներկայացրած
ծրագրին:
