"The organization, which reported two months ago that the presidential elections will be rigged in Azerbaijan, not only expresses its lack of seriousness and professionalism, but also points out the fact that it is fulfilling a specific order. Human Rights House Network (HRHN) is biased and distorts reality, when it describes pre-election environment in Azerbaijan as troublesome", said chief of the Presidential Administration Political Analysis and Information Provision Department Elnur Aslanov while commenting on the recent statement of the organization on the pre- election environment in Azerbaijan.
Aslanov's deductive inference is based on the fact that an Armenian, Saro Saroyan, is in charge of financial affairs at the secretariat of the organization.
"It is not accidental that a number of Armenian Diaspora organizations act as partner of Human Rights House," he said and condemned Human Rights House Network for not raising the issue of "more than a million Azerbaijani refugees and IDPs, who have not been living in their lands for more than 20 years and were deprived of fundamental human rights as a result of the aggressive policy of Armenia."
