Մաքսային միությանն անդամակցումը հեռանկարում ենթադրում է բանկային ոլորտի
օրենսդրության ներդաշնակեցում, անդամ-երկրների միջև ազգային արժույթով հաշվարկներ
իրականացնելու համար: Այսօր արդյունաբերական ինովացիաների ռուս-հայկական
միջտարածաշրջանային ցուցահանդեսում նման կարծիք է արտահայտել ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի
Խորհրդի նախագահ, ՎՏԲ Բանկ ԲԲԸ դուստր ընկերությունների դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար
Միխայիլ Յակունինը, պատասխանելով ԱրմԻնֆո
գործակալության թղթակցի հարցին: Նա նաև հավելել է, որ դեռ վաղ է խոսել միասնական
արժույթի մասին: «Առաջին քայլը դա Մաքսային միությունն է, իսկ երկրորդը`միասնական
տնտեսական տարածությունը, որտեղ մենք կկարողանանք էապես նվազեցնել
խոչընդոտները»,-նշել է նա:


 


ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի գլխավոր
տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ Յուրի Գուսևն էլ, իր հերթին, նշել է, որ ՄՄ-ին
անդամակցելով, իսկ հետագայում նաև ԵվրաԶԷՍ-ին, անդամ երկրների միջև կաճի
ապրանքաշրջանառությունը, իսկ դա դրական ազդեցություն կունենա Հայաստանի
տնտեսության վրա, ստեղծելով նոր աշխատատեղեր: «Մենք, որպես բանկային շուկայի
առաջատարներից մեկը, պատրաստ ենք բոլոր մեր ջանքերը գործադրել այս
նախաձեռնություններին աջակցելու համար: Մեր հիմնական խնդիրը, այս իրադարձության
համատեքստում, կայանում է Մաքսային միության բոլոր մասնակիցների և Հայաստանի միջև
առևտրի շրջանառության ապահովումն է, հայ գործարարների համար ստեղծելով գործիքներ,
որոնք վճարումներ իրականացնելիս թույլ կտան կիրառել ճկուն սխեմաներ, ինն էլ թույլ
կտա զգալիորեն ակտիվացնել միջպետական առևտրական համագործակցությունը»,-նշել է
Յու.Գուսևը:

Մոսկվայում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ կայացած հանդիպմանը ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ
Սարգսյանը վերահաստատեց Մաքսային միությանն անդամակցելու Հայաստանի մտադրությունը,
հետագայում միանալով նաև Եվրասիական տարածքի հետագա ինտեգրմանը, որից հետո երկու
երկրների ղեկավարները ստորագրեցին համատեղ հայտարարություն: Իսկ մինչ այդ, սկսած
2010 թվականից, Երևանն ակտիվորեն բանակցում էր ԵՄ հետ Ասոցացման համաձայնագրի և
Խորը և համապարփակ ազատ առևտրի գոտու համաձայնագրերի շուրջ, որը նախատեսվում էր
ավարտել 2013 թվականի նոյեմբերի, Արևելյան գործընկերության Վիլնյուսի
գագաթնաժողովում:


 


Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո
գործակալության` Հայաստանի Բանկերի Ֆինանսական Վարկանիշի, 2013 թվականի հոկտեմբերի
1-ի դրությամբ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ակտիվները կազմել են 291,1 մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան
աճը` 56.3%: Բանկը շուկայի առաջատարն է ինչպես վարկային ընդհանուր պորտֆելով,
այնպես էլ կորպորատիվ վարկավորման գծով: Այսպես, բանկի ընդհանուր վարկային
պորտֆելն, այդ օրվա դրությամբ կազմել է 212,6 մլրդ դրամ (ընդհանուր ակտիվների 73
%-ը), տարեկան աճը`40,6 %: Տնտեսության վարկավորման բաժինը կազմել է ավելի քան 132
մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան կտրվածքով աճելով 48,2%: Ընդ որում, բանկի կորպորատիվ պորտֆելի
մեծ մասն առևտրի և արդյունաբերության ոլորտների վարկեր են: ՓՄՁ ոլորտի բաժինը
կազմում է վարկային պորտֆելի 26 %-ը: Նշված ուղղություններով նույնպես բանկն
զբաղեցնում է առաջատար դիրքեր: 2013 թվականի առաջին 9 ամիսների արդյունքում բանկի
զուտ շահույթը կազմել է 4 մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան աճը` 24 %:


 



«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է դարձել 2004թ. ապրիլին: «ՎՏԲ Բանկ»ե ԲԲԸ հանդիսանում է‚ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկե ՓԲԸ 100% բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի միանձնյա բաժնետերը; Բանկը հիմնական ցուցանիշների մի ամբողջ շարքով մշտապես ներառվում է ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի առաջատարների թվի մեջ: Ներկա դրությամբ Բանկն ունի ամենալայն մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ողջ երկրում` 67 մասնաճյուղ
