The Armenian side has nothing to hide. Troops transfer did happen, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told reporters, when commenting on President Serzh Sargsyan's statement about the 800 hectares Armenia lost during the April war.
"Such troops transfers happen during the military actions, however, the Defense Army of Artsakh carried out its tasks," Ohanyan said, actually without denying the information that the specified 800 hectares were actually part of Karabakh. "I think the talks on the Karabakh settlement will cover the issue of these territories as well. We cannot forget these territories," the minister said.
To note, earlier in one of his interviews, ex-foreign minister of Artsakh Arman Melikyan said that the lost territories were mostly in the administrative structure of Artsakh, not in the buffer zone.
