ընկերությունն իր հաճախորդներին կուրախացնի IP-հեռուստատեսությունով: Այս մասին ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ԱրմենՏել ընկերության (BeeLine ապրանքանիշ) գլխավոր տնօրեն Անդրեյ Պյատախինը:


 


Պատասխանելով 2013 թվականից մինչև օրս հաճախորդների բազայի ավելացման վերաբերյալ հարցին, Պյատախինը նշել է, որ 2013 թվականն ընկերության համար դժվարին տարի էր, ինչը պայմանավորված էր սակագնային պլանների հետ կապված պրոբլեմներով, սակայն, այդ նույն տարվա ավարտին ընկերության բաժանորդների թիվը հասավ 694 հազարի: «Կարելի է ասել, որ նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում գրավիչ սակագնային պլանների տրամադրման միջոցով կարողացանք կայունացնել հաճախորդների բազան և վերադարձնել կորցրածը»,-նշել է ընկերության ղեկավարը: Նրա կարծիքով, ներկայումս Հայաստանի շուկան գերհագեցած է, այսինքն, բաժանորդների թիվը մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում է բնակչության թիվը, և, եթե հիմնվեինք միայն այդ հանգամանքի վրա, ապա անհնար կլիներ հետագա աճը
2009-2010 թվականներին: Հետևաբար, պայքարը գնում է նրա համար, որպեսզի պահպանենք մեր ունեցած հաճախորդներին»,-ասել է նա:


 


Անցյալ տարի
Պյատախինը հաղորդել էր ԱրմԻնֆո-ին, որ բաժանորդների բազայի հիմնական աճն ընկնում է
շարժական ինտերնետին, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ 
շեշտադրումն էլ կդրվի շուկայի այդ հատվածի վրա: Նա նշել է, որ
կանխատեսումներն արդարացան, իսկ ինտերնետից օգտվող բաժանորդների թիվն աճում է
երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայով: Ավելին, բարձր տեմպերով է աճում նաև թրաֆիկը: «Նոր
սմարթֆոնները պահանջում են ավելի բարձր թրաֆիկ, հետևաբար, ընկերությունը հասկանում
է այդ հատվածում ներդրումների իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունը: Անցյալ և այս
տարիների ներդրումների մեծ մասը կուղղվեն շարժական ինտերնետի զարգացմանը: Սակայն
մենք չենք մոռանում նաև ֆիքսված կապի մասին, և ներդրումների մի մասը կուղղվի այդ
հատվածին»: Նրա խոսքով, ընկերության հասույթի կառուցվածքում շարժական ինտերնետի
մասնաբաժինը գերազանցոմ է 10%-ը:


 


Պյատախինը կարծիք
է հայտնել նաև Hi-Line ինտերետի հեռանկարների մասին: «Hi-Line-ը պահանջված
պրոդուկտ է, իսկ պահանջվածությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ իր կառուցվածքով այն
շատ պարզ է: Սակայն մենք շատ լավ տեսնում ենք մեգաբայթերի աճող պահանջարկը և
աշխատում այդ ուղղությամբ: Կան վայրեր, որտեղ Ինտերնետ-կապի արագությունը հասնում
է 15 Մբիտ/վրկ-ի, իսկ կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների համար մենք արդեն տրամադրում ենք
օպտիկական կապ»,-ասել է նա:


 


Մեկնաբանելով
Mobile Number Portability (MNP) ծառայության ներդրումից հետո շարժական կապի
ծառայությունների շուկայի կառուցվածքոյին փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ հարցը,
Պյատախինը նշել է, որ «այդ ծառայությունից օգտվող բաժանորդների թիվը «դրամատիկ» չէ
և առայժմ շուկայի վրա չի ազդում»: «Կարծում եմ, որ MNP ծառայության ազդեցությունը
շուկայի վրա կլինի աննշան, սակայն փաստ է, որ MNP-ն շուկային ստիպում է գործել ավելի
դինամիկ»,-նշել է ԱրմենՏելի ղեկավարը:
