Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu says the invitation of the Armenian Foreign Ministry to Armenia to attend a scheduled summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in early December in Yerevan is part of an official procedure and must not be spotlighted.
According to Turkish media, the Turkish minister told reporters that invitations are sent to all the members of the BSEC from a host country. At the same time, the minister did not say if he is going to accept the invitation from Yerevan.
Earlier, Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Tigran Balayan told Arminfo correspondent that all the members of BSEC without exclusion were invited to participate in the BSEC Council session. Baku has not responded to the invitation either.
