If the Armenian authorities actually wish to implement our 12 proposals for the country's social-economic recovery, they can implement some of them right now without preliminary consultations or additional measures, the leader of the parliamentary group of Heritage Party Ruben Hakobyan said after a meeting of the parliamentary opposition (Heritage, Armenian National Congress, Prosperous Armenia) on Wednesday.
"More specifically, they can start reforming our electoral code or they can make parking in Yerevan free. If they start implementing the easiest proposals, we will understand that they are actually willing to cooperate with us," Hakobyan said.
Concerning the last statement by the Armenian President that the Government is going to reconsider the opposition's proposals, Hakobyan said that this is logical as the greater part of the people support them.
According to Hakobyan, the opposition will not negotiate with the authorities until they take the first step to implement its proposals
