Կարող եմ երաշխավորել, որ Աբխազական երկաթուղու բացման
ուղղությամբ ոչինչ տեղի չի ունենում»: Ոչ մի բանակցություն չկա», - վրացական
ԶԼՄ-ներին հայտարարել է Վրաստանի հաշտեցման և քաղաքացիական իրավահավասարության
հարցերի պետնախարար Պաատա Զաքարեիշվիլին, արձագանքելով Հայաստանի տրանսպորտի
փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանի վերջին հայտարարությանն այն մասին, որ «շուտով
դրական նորություններ կլինեն Աբխազական երկաթուղու վերաբերյալ»:


Պետնախարարի ասելով, այդ
հարցը մնում է նույն մակարդակում, որում եղել է վերջին երկու տարիներին և ավելի
վաղ, այսինքն` ոչ մի ուղղություն չկա»: Ոչ մի բանակցություն չի վարվում, ամփոփել է
նա:


Այդ մասին հայտարարել է
նաև Վրաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գեորգի Կվիրիկաշվիլին: Հայ փոխնախարարարը, նրա
կարծիքով, վկայակոչել է ՌԵՈՒ ղեկավարի հայտարարությունը: Սակայն դա այդպես չէ, ոչ
մի բանակցություն չի վարվում, նույնիսկ` փակ ձևաչափով:


Նշենք, որ ըստ վրացական
ԶԼՄ-ների, 2012 թվականի հոկտեմբերի վերջին վերաինտեգրման նորանշանակ պետնախարարը
հայտարարել էր, թե Վարստանի իշխանությունները պատրաստ են վերականգնել երկաթուղային
հաղորդակցությունը վրացական երկաթուղու աբխազական տեղամասով` «Աբխազիայի
ապամեկուսացման ռազմավարությասն» շրջանակում: Մեկ ամիս անց նա հաղորդեց , որ «այդ
թեման գրեթե անմիջապես փակվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ աբխազական կողմը դրա նկատմամբ
հետաքրքրություն չդրսևորեց»:


Ռուսաստանի
հետ Վրաստանի երկաթուղային հաղորդակցությունն Աբխազիայի տարածքով դադարեցվել է
1992-1993 թթ հակամարտությունից հետո: Աբխազական տեղամասի բացումը ռազմավարական
կարևորություն ունի Հայաստանի համար, քանի որ դա ամենակարճ և էժան ճանապարհն է
դեպի Ռուսաստան:
