ՙՌոսնեֆտ՚ ընկերությունը ՀՀ կառավարության հետ բանակցում է ՙՆաիրիտի՚ վերագործարկման ուղղությամբ

 Ռուսաստանյան ՙՌոսնեֆտ՚ ընկերությունը ՀՀ կառավարության հետ բանակցում է ՙՆաիրիտի՚ արդիականացման և վերագործարկման ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին այսօր հայտարարել է ձեռնարկության արհմիության նախագահ Հրաչ Թադևոսյանը ձեռնարկության մի քանի տասնյակ աշխատողներին, որոնք բողոքի ակցիա են կազմակերպել ՀՀ կառավարության շենքի մոտ:

Թադևոսյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ կառավարությունում հանդիպել է ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների փոխնախարար Արա Սողոմոնյանի հետ և ներկայացրել ակցիայի մասնակիցների բողոքը` վճարել վերջին երկու ամիսների աշխատավարձը և տեղեկացնել գործարանի հետագա ճակատագրի մասին, որն արդեն 3 տարի է, ինչ կանգնած է: Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ ՙՌոսնեֆտի՚ ղեկավարությունը հանդիպել է երկրի նախագահի և վարչապետի հետ, և, ինչպես իրեն տեղեկացրել են, ներկայումս ուսումնասիրվում է գործարանում տիրող իրավիճակը, հումքի մատակարարման մեխանիզմները, արտադրանքի իրացման ուղղությունները, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսական վիճակը: Խոսքը գնում է խոշոր ներդրումներ ներգրավելու մասին:

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ ռուսական ՙՌոսնեֆտ՚ ընկերությունը և հայկական ՙՕյլ Տեխնո՚ ՓԲԸ-ն ապրիլի 4-ին Երևանում ստորագրել են համատեղ ձեռնարկություն հիմնելու վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է աշխատավարձին, հավելել է նա, ապա աշխատավարձի գծով 2013 թվականի մարտի պարտքը կմարվի ուրբաթ օրը, իսկ ապրիլի պարտքը` մայիսին: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 3 տարիների ընթացքում աշխատավարձի գծով կուտակվել է 11 ամիսների պարտք: Աշխատավարձի ամսական ֆոնդը կազմում է մեկ մլն.դոլար, ասել է նա: Ըստ գործարանի մամուլի ծառայության տվյալների, ձեռնարկությնա ընդհանուր պարտքը կազմում է 120 մլն.դոլար, որի մեծ մասը կրեդիտորական պարտքեր են: Գործարանի մի շարք աշխատակիցներ գտնում են, որ ներկա վիճակով գործարանի վերագործարկումը վտանգավոր է, քանի որ անհրաժեշտ է տեխնիկապես նորացնել արտադրությունը: Գործարանում այժմ կա 2700 աշխատող, 1300 հոգի ստիպված գտնվում է արձակուրդում: Իսկ միջին աշխատավարձը կազմում է 157 հազ.դրամ:

Նշենք, որ 2006 թվականին Նաիրիտի բաժնետոմսերի 90%-ը վաճառվեցին բրիտանական Rhainoville Property Limited կոնսորցիումին: Բաժնետոմսերի 4.496%-ը պատկանում է ՀՀ կառավարությնաը, 3.596%-ը` ՀայՌուսգազարդին, իսկ 1.907%-ը`Երևանի ՓԷԿ-ին: Գործարանի հիմնական միջոցները Rhainoville Property Limited կոնսորցիումը վարկ ստանալու նպատակով գրավադրեց Մոսգոսբանկում, իսկ այժմ, վարկը չմարելու պատճառով, դարձել են բանկի սեփականությունը: Վարկը, որը կազմում էր 70 մլն.դոլար, տրամադրվել է 2006 թվականին, 5 տարի մարման ժամկետով և 12.5% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով:

Ավելի վաղ ռուսաստանյան լրատվամիջոցները հաղորդել էին, որ մայիսին Մոսկվայի միջնորդ դատարանը լսումներ կկազմակերպի Միջպետական բանկի կողմից ՙՆաիրիտ՚ ՓԲԸ սեփականատեր Rhainoville Property Limited կոնսորցիումին ներկայացված հայցի առնչությամբ: Հայցի գումարը կազմում է 25.183 մլն.դոլար:
