ArmInfo. A new system of protection of the rights of air passengers has been introduced in Armenia. Moreover, it will work online using Passenger.am. According to the authors of the innovation, the new system introduced in Armenia will ensure the protection and restoration of rights of both Armenian and foreign air passengers.
Moreover, the system will operate exclusively in relation to passengers flying to the European Union or a flight registered in the EU countries. According to EU legislation, in case of delay or cancellation of any flight, the passenger is entitled to compensation. The service will assist passengers in obtaining compensation in case of delays, transfer or cancellation of flights.
By the way, the author and co-founder of the Passenger.am project, Vaner Harutyunyan, has repeatedly encountered similar problems related to this area, which prompted him to create this system. Now the service is registered in Armenia. It is noteworthy that no prepayment is charged for the service.
