So, at the weekly briefing in Moscow, to the remark of the journalist that a regular  meeting of the Lazarev Club will take place on March 5-6, in which  representatives of the sociopolitical circles of Russia and Armenia,  as well as representatives of the "separatist regime" will take part,  Karabakh, and how Russia, as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group  refers to this, Zakharova pointed out the incorrectness of the  formulation of the question, and the use of formulations from two  different planes. "Of course, Russia is one of the OSCE Minsk Group  co-chairs, and at the official level Moscow fulfills its commitments. 

At the same time, hundreds of different events take place every day  in the Russian capital," the representative of the Russian Foreign  Ministry said, calling for information on the participation of  official level. According to her, if there is this kind of  information, the Russian Foreign Ministry will be ready to study  it.Zakharova also pointed out that the holding by civil society of  various kinds of events is enshrined in Russian legislation. "I  repeat once again, provide us with information on participation at  the official level at this event, and then we will study this issue,"  the Russian diplomat concluded.Note that on November 30 and December  1, 2018, in the large conference hall of the Sport and Concert  Complex named after K.S.  Demirchyan in Yerevan, the first meeting of  the Russian-Armenian Lazarev Club was held, the initiative for the  creation of which was launched in October by a group of public and  political figures, entrepreneurs, journalists and cultural masters of  the two countries.The meeting, in which about 150 politicians and  political scientists, scientists and experts took part, was devoted  to the discussion of the topic <Armenia and Russia - two homelands.  Defense and Security. 

The meeting was opened by the chairman of the Organizing Committee  for the creation of the Lazarev Club, the first deputy chairman of  the Russian State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration  and Relations with Compatriots, the head of the Institute of CIS  Countries Konstantin Zatulin. He noted that, despite the difficult  internal political situation in Armenia on the eve of extraordinary  parliamentary elections, over 200 politicians, economists,  journalists, including the first persons of the Republic of Armenia  were sent invitations to the Club: President, and. Prime Minister,  Government ministers, Speaker of Parliament, Secretary of the  Security Council, all former presidents of Armenia and  Nagorno-Karabakh, representatives of various political forces.Note  that on February 7 in Moscow, a meeting of the Council of the Lazarev  Club was held, at which a decision was taken at the regular Second  Meeting of the Club to hold March 5-6 in Moscow. The wish expressed  at the First meeting was confirmed - to hold meetings of the Lazarev  Club alternately in Armenia and Russia.

 The topic of the next meeting is <Economics, investment and  integration. Prospects for the development of economic ties between  Russia and Armenia>. According to the information published on the  club's website, leading economists, as well as business people of  Russia and Armenia, representatives of relevant ministries and  departments, leading Russian companies and corporations engaged in  business in Armenia will be involved in the preparation of reports.  Heads of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh, Russian  and Armenian parliamentarians, politicians, experts, businessmen,  public figures and journalists of the two countries will be invited  to participate in the Second Session. From 150 to 200 participants  will take part in the event.
