ArmInfo. As of December 10, at 10:00am, the Investigation Committee of Armenia received 87 reports of violations during the early parliamentary elections, the press service of the Committee informs.
According to the source, these violations carry signs of a crime according to the Criminal Code. In the total number of violations 18 concern Yerevan, 5 - Syunik, 12 - Shirak, 9- Aragatsotn, 9-Ararat, 9-Gegharkunik, 2- Armavir, 2 - Lori, 1 - Vayots Dzor and 1-Tavush. 75 messages concerned repeated voting, 5 - violations of the secrecy of voting, 2 - violations of the rights of voters, 1 - transmission or provision of falsified tags. In 32 cases, criminal proceedings were denied due to the absence of corpus delicti, on 54 reports the preparation of materials continues.
It became known earlier that a criminal case was opened in the regional investigation department of Aragatsotn on the grounds of an attempt to re-vote (first part of Article 34-153 of the Criminal Code). During the period preceding the extraordinary elections, the Investigative Committee received 6 reports, on two of which cases were initiated and sent to the Special Investigation Service.
