ArmInfo.The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia continues to reveal new cases of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations to the RA Ministry of Defense by supplying companies.Thus, according to the materials of the case, in the period from 2013-2015 with the same company for the repair of various parts of the same technical means 3 agreements with the Ministry of Defense were signed.
As part of the contractual obligations, the Ministry of Defense paid 220.000.000 drams to the company, and 59 million drams were spent on the purchase of materials necessary for the repair. However, this technical device has not yet been repaired. Meanwhile, the MO officials did not force the company to fulfill its obligations, return the funds or pay fines for the outstanding work.The investigation into this fact continues.Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office has already reported that, in general, there were cases of failure by suppliers to fulfill their obligations to the municipalities in the amount of 700 million drams.
