ArmInfo. "Today, the struggle between the new and the old will end", Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the "Enlightened Armenia" (Lusavor Hayastan) party, told journalists at the polling station on December 9.
In this regard, he urged citizens to actively vote, to fulfill their civic duty. "Only do not think that everything is complete. Today, until 8:00pm, residents will be able to bring everything to the end. We all have a lot to do", he said. Marukyan noted that he did not come up with a vote to become second, but already believes that the party is second, as evidenced by the active participation of voters.
At the same time, he noted that a number of allegations of violations had already been recorded, which were promptly transmitted to law enforcement agencies. "I can't give names, as this will be akin to an anti- campaigning campaign," said the leader of the "enlightened" party. In this vein, he called on the Police to take appropriate measures in connection with the received signals.
In conclusion, Marukyan noted: "I voted for the present, which began in Armenia, and for the future, which we have repeatedly spoken about as part of our campaign".
