ArmInfo.Investigative Committee of Armenia continues investigative actions on criminal cases initiated against companies involved in Automobile Inspection .
According to the press service of the IC, in various regions of Armenia and the capital, a number of companies on the basis of licenses issued by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, engaged in Automobile Inspection carried out abuses, causing significant damage to the state. In particular, the management of the companies appropriated payments from citizens for Automobile Inspection , which should have been paid to the state budget. In addition, the management of these companies, falsifying documents on the services provided and not carrying out Automobile Inspection , appropriated large sums of money, thereby causing damage to the state.
In fact, a criminal case was initiated under articlesfull 178 (Fraud - Ed.) and 325 (Forgery, sale or use of documents, stamps, stamps, letterheads, vehicle license plates - Ed.).
