ArmInfo.. About 5% of Russians in search of qualified work are ready to move to Armenia and Belarus. These are the results of a survey conducted by Romir research holding.
The results of our research show that, despite the absence of an acute problem of unemployment, Russians are worried about their professional activities. Now the labor market has a unique situation: no matter how competitive and in demand your profession is, you need to constantly improve and update your knowledge base. Otherwise, you risk falling out of the cage after just 3-5 years, "says Andrey Milekhin , president of the Romir holding. Nevertheless, the survey showed that the majority of Russians do not seek to change their place of residence for the sake of a new job. Only 23% said that they could move to another region of Russia or to another CIS country for the sake of career prospects.
