ArmInfo. After the revolution in Armenia there is a tendency of immigration. The Acting RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this at the meeting with representatives of the Armenian communities of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in Astana.
"The balance between those who left and arrived in Armenia from May to October of this year was plus 13 thousand, instead of 9 thousand for the same period last year. I hope that this figure will increase tenfold. We want Armenia to develop according to the following formula - a happy person, a caring society, a strong state. If we concentrate all our potential, we will achieve the realization of this formula. We are a really strong nation with great potential, but, unfortunately, we still have not used it. The revolution did not only take place but also in the minds of people, and this should be reflected in their consolidation and use of their potential for the benefit of their homeland. Our biggest omission was that so far we have not managed to form a single agenda. But after the revolution, we had energy and the enthusiasm for turning Armenia into a country that could adequately protect itself, be attractive for investment and for living in it, "said Pashinyan.
During the meeting, a number of entrepreneurs expressed a desire to invest in the Armenian economy. In this context, Pashinyan assured that today there are no obstacles along the way: "Today there are all possibilities for making investments, but it depends on us whether they will be fully utilized". The Acting Prime Minister assured that today there is a labor promotion policy in Armenia. "Today, the government is working on creating a map of the world Armenians so that we know what potential we have, and how it is more expedient to use it", Pashinyan concluded.
