ArmInfo. On October 22, the Declaration of Friendship was signed between the Shekher community of the Martuninsky District of the Artsakh Republic and the Arnuville Municipality of the French Republic.
As the NKR MFA press service told ArmInfo, the declaration was signed by the head of the Sheherk community, Mkhitar Mangasaryan, and the mayor of Arnuville, Pascal Doll. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic Masis Mailyan, a deputy of the National Assembly of France, Vice-Chairman of the France-Artsakh Friendship Circle Francois Pouponi and a member of the France-Artsakh Friendship Circle Francois Rochebloine attended the solemn signing ceremony in Sheher. In the Declaration, in particular, it is noted that the community of Shekher and the municipality of Arnouville establish friendly ties based on such universal human values as peace, freedom and democracy. The declaration is designed to promote cooperation between the two communities, as well as the exchange of experience in the areas of administration, economics, education, culture and other areas.
