ArmInfo.Minister of Science and Education Arayik Harutyunyan, who is on an official visit to France, took part in the opening ceremony of a branch of the Tumo Center for Creative Technologies.
According to the press service of the Ministry, Harutyunyan noted: "I am very pleased that the Tumo branch is open in the center of Europe, in Paris. The fact that the Tumo center opens branches outside of Armenia is a good indicator for us. After the Mayor of Paris announced the opening of the Tumo branch in Paris in May 2016, the other centers and capitals of Europe also plan to open this center. At the moment, the center's branches are scheduled to open in Moscow, Berlin, etc. After the German Chancellor Angela Merkel visited "Tumo" the Germans are also interested in that center, "- the Minister said. Harutyunyan also stressed that this year there was a revolution in Armenia, the victory of which was initially believed by 10-12 people. "Our revolution is an excellent example of the fact that if a small number of people believe in an idea, it will come true. In the realm of science, the Papazyan family and their partners Simonyans, people who believed in this idea, carried out the revolution. And it's not by chance that now the network of Tumo centers is spreading all over the world, "the Minister of Education and Science of Armenia concluded.
