According to the press service of the Ministry of Justice, Zeynalyan expressed readiness to work closely with his counterpart from Georgia. In turn, the Minister of Justice of Georgia stated that it was very interesting for her to discuss the reform process in the field of justice between the two countries, as well as to share experience.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of bilateral interest in the field of justice, in particular, the process of exchanging prisoners between countries. An agreement was reached on the exchange of experience in the Probation Service and Penitentiary Medicine, taking into account the achievements of Georgia in the above areas. Issues related to juvenile justice were also discussed.
Minister Zeynalyan presented to his Georgian counterpart the experience of Armenia in the establishment of offices for the provision of public services, Thea Tsulukiani in turn presented the experience of Georgia in this field to the Minister of Justice of Armenia. At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to cooperate and exchange experience in the field of justice.
