ArmInfo.Changes in the system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, of course, will be, but without personnel change. This was announced by the newly appointed head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan on October 10 during an extended meeting with the heads of departments of the Ministry.
According to the press service of the Emergencies Ministry, the minister, first of all, stressed the need to maintain working discipline in the Emergencies Ministry. According to Tsolakyan, diligence, initiative and good work will be encouraged. Punishment will overtake those who treat their work badly. "The most important task is to serve the people and society, which should be carried out properly and with a high sense of responsibility," said Felix Tsolakyan.
Recall that on October 2, after the parliamentary factions of the RPA, the Tsarukyan bloc (Prosperous Armenia Party) and the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party voted in favor of the draft law on amending the law on the NA regulation, which was opposed by Pashinyan, the prime minister decided to dismiss all heads of ministries, departments and governors representing the above political forces. The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations from the PAP Hrachya Rostomyan was also fired.
Felix Tsolakyan, who was appointed to this post, had previously represented the ruling Republican Party, but did not agree with its political line, including the assessment and position of the RPA by the April velvet revolution. Tsolakyan, an experienced professional, had previously held high positions in Governor Chirac, head of the Presidential Control Service, and also headed the National Security Service. He was appointed Pashinyan on the post of the head of the Emergency Ministry on October 4th.
