This was reported to the journalists on September 23 by the head of the legal department of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia Liliya Hakobyan.

There were also questions regarding the electoral lists addressed to the Office of Visas and Passports of the RA Police. One international organization, 662 local observers, 11 foreign citizens carry out an observation mission at the elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan. Elections are covered by 620 representatives from 44 media outlets and 10 representatives of foreign media.
