ArmInfo. The delegation of Armenia, headed by the Minister of Defense of Armenia David Tonoyan, went to Moscow to participate in the opening of the international military-technical exhibition "ARMYA-2018".
As the Defense Ministry told ArmInfo, Tonoyan went to Moscow on a working visit at the invitation of his Russian colleague Sergei Shoygu. The Armenian Minister will also take part in the opening of the "National Security Week" forum and hold a number of working meetings.
The Defense Ministry also reports that a delegation of the Defense Ministry led by Deputy Minister David Pakhchanyan left for the Moscow region to participate in the "ARMYA-2018" forum. It is also reported that a demonstration of samples of the Armenian military industry is planned.
On the international military-technical forum "Army-2018", which will be held from 21 to 26 August in the Moscow region of Kubinka, more than 26 thousand exhibits will be presented. According to the director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) of Russia Dmitry Shugaev, foreign countries will bring to the exhibition many samples of military products.
