ArmInfo."Since May every there have been more people visiting Armenia than leaving it. Let's not only maintain this trend but double and even triple it. We have  nowhere to go from our homeland, we must make those who left Armenia,  return because there is no Better place in the world than the  Republic of Armenia.

The Republic of Armenia is a place where people  are free, proud, dignified and happy, "Prime Minister of Armenia  Nikol Pashinyan said at a meeting with residents of the Tavush region  of Armenia. The head of government held meetings with the residents  of Berd, Aigehovit, Voskepar and Noemberyan, touched upon the  problems existing in the country and steps taken by the executive  power to address them, answered a number of questions of concern to  citizens.

As the Prime Minister noted, he is glad to see smiles on the faces of  his fellow citizens. "This is the most important thing: I came to  tell you why I am sure that all the problems of our country will be  solved, why I am sure that our country will be happy, free and  strong. We have found the key to solving all problems." What is this  key? You know that for more than 20 years, people in Armenia wanted  political changes, and these changes did not take place until 2018.  We have solved one problem that has been considered unsolvable for  23-24 years. Why this problem has not been solved for more than 20  years, and what has happened that led to its solution? During the  previous 20-24 years, Armenian citizens believed that this or that  opposition leader should make political changes, and every time when  there was no change, they took offense at the leader and were  disappointed in him. The change took place when the majority of  Armenian citizens and the majority of the Armenian people realized  that the revolution should not be committed by one leader, but they  must make a revolution themselves, each of them must consider  him/herself the leader of the revolution, "said Nikol Pashinyan

He added that he does not say all this in order to assess the events  of the recent three months, but to show everyone the key to solving  problems in the country. The Prime Minister recalled that during the  entire revolution he had never said that he or his political team  would make a revolution. "I said that we will create an opportunity  for people to decide whether they want to live in old Armenia or in a  new Armenia. Why do we all live in a new Armenia? Not because I or  our political team decided so, but because you have decided so. The  main change is that you realized that everything is up to you. No one  should doubt that the government will do its work completely, but it  is important that each of us perceive that he/she him/herself decides  everything. Our team will create opportunity for people to develop  their homeland. We will have a really powerful state when each of us  does his/her job, if each of us understands that if our country was  in a bad state, then each of us did something wrong. I am convinced  that the work that we started together should be continued together,  "the Prime Minister said. Nikol Pashinyan assured that the government  will do everything possible to create favorable conditions for our  compatriots, including businessmen living abroad. He urged them to  come to their homeland and to develop the country.

The head of government called on those who live abroad and send money  to their relatives "to replace the philanthropy of charity with the  logic of work." "I know that today the opportunities are limited,  there are many problems that have not been resolved, but I want to  ask about one thing - overcome the logic of pessimism, do not believe  anyone who says that it did not work, the country will not develop  and everything is a lie. Be sure, everything is right, what you see  is the reality. the reality is that you have won, and the reality is  that you will win, and the reality is that you must live in your  homeland as a proud, dignified and a happy citizen, "the Prime  Minister said. Speaking about the 100-day work of the government, the  Prime Minister noted that during this period a savage struggle  against corruption was conducted, which will continue in the same  way. The head of government stressed that in a short period the  tariffs for electricity and gas for unsecured families decreased, as  a result of the struggle against monopolies, prices for a number of  goods dropped. As a result of changes in the contributory funded  pension system, salaries of 207 thousand citizens were increased, all  fines and penalties for loans of villagers were forgiven, interest  rates on mortgage loans decreased, etc. 

Nikol Pashinyan also met with the heads of the communities of the  Berd and Noyemberyan regions. They presented various issues related  to road construction, intercommunal transport, the expansion of  communities and the solution of urgent problems. They also discussed  issues related to the government's personnel policy, ensuring safety  on roads, subsidizing agriculture, intensifying cultural life in the  regions, optimizing the state system, increasing government revenues  and attracting investments. The head of the government in Voskepar  was presented with the program of gasification of the community,  which was implemented with the help of a local patron. Nikol  Pashinyan thanked him for the assistance.
