As the source informs, according to preliminary data, 10 trading companies operating in Armenia during 2009-2017 under the contract with the Defense Ministry, were obliged to supply various army goods and ammunition worth more than 10 billion drams for the army. However, they have not delivered the goods to this day without any justification, or they have provided products that are below the price specified or low in quality. "In the course of the preliminary investigation, all payments to trading companies, all the circumstances of the receipt of goods already delivered, and other circumstances that are of significant importance to the case will be checked jointly with the Defense Ministry of the RA. Appropriate checks and examinations to calculate the exact amount of damage caused to the state will be held and appropriate criminal and legal assessments will be given to the actions, "the statement reads.
