According to him, for him the phenomenon of personnel cleansing is unacceptable. It does not set the task of "clearing" the Investigative Committee of the old cadres. On the basis of semiannual results Grigoryan will draw conclusions regarding the work of a particular unit and employee.
In general, as Hayk Grigoryan pointed out, every investigator, employee of the Committee will be assessed according to 3 main criteria: dedication to work, professionalism and incorruptibility. "No other criteria I'm going to focus on the personnel issue," he said.
At the same time, according to the head of the UK, the organization of work and personnel management should be carried out on the basis of the following principles: a personal example of a leader, care of personnel and "strictly fair punishment" for an error committed.
As for the dismissal of Vahagn Harutyunyan from the post of deputy chairman of the Investigative Committee, the head of the main department for the investigation of especially important cases, several days after the appointment of the new head of the department, according to Grigoryan, Harutyunyan resigned from his post at his own request. To date, there are no other UK employees willing to leave the Committee.
