ArmInfo. On July 10, according to the agreement reached with the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), the OSCE mission conducted a routine monitoring of the ceasefire regime on the border of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, along the Akna-Barda road section.
From the positions of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh, Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office (LDPD), Mikhail Olaru (Moldova) and Ognjen Jovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and Lieutenant Colonel Ralph Bosshard (Switzerland), Representative of the High-Level Planning Group (HLPG) of the OSCE, conducted the monitoring.
On the other side of the contact line, observation was made by Field Assistant of the OSCE LAPDP Gennadiy Petrik (Moldova) and personal assistant of the LDPU Simon Tiller (Great Britain), as well as Colonel Vladimir Minarik (Slovakia), head of the OSCE GPO.
The monitoring was conducted in accordance with the scheduled, however, the Azerbaijani side did not withdraw the OSCE mission to its advanced positions. The observation mission from the Artsakh side was accompanied by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh.
