ArmInfo. On July 9, the State Minister of Artsakh Grigory Martirosyan received the delegation of the Armenian branch of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) under the leadership of Chairman Vazgen Yakubyan.
As the press service of the Artsakh government reports, the state minister thanked the members of the union for their cooperation with Artsakh. Martirosyan highly appreciated the contribution of the Union to the cultural, educational, humanitarian and socio-economic fields, emphasizing the role of Stepanakert center of Tumo. The State Minister noted that the government is also ready to continue to actively support the implementation of the Union's programs, expand them and pay special attention to the employment of women in rural communities. In his turn, the Chairman of the AGBU Yakubyan noted that cooperation with Artsakh occupies a special place for the Union. Responding to the proposal of the state minister, he said that, given the importance of the program, the Union will take concrete steps towards this end. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on state programs implemented in other fields of the economy.
