The Prime Minister noted that a package of legislative initiatives will be prepared by the end of the month, which will concern this sphere. "Thus, we will announce an amnesty for bad debts, and we will also take a decision to reduce fines, so that the size of the latter is commensurate with the salaries of the residents of our country," Pashinyan said. The prime minister also noted that illogical fines can be appealed, and the relevant bodies will have the opportunity to reset them. He noted that the police would not be fined for very widespread and non-violent violations.
