The activist called on protesters to observe order in Yerevan, not to violate the rules and not to allow hooliganism among the protesters. He also said that, despite the fact that students can express their opinion in higher education institutions of Yerevan, students are still threatened at Gyumri universities and are not allowed to join the action.
