"Undoubtedly, a shift of power took place in the country, but I am not a political figure to estimate whether these events were a revolution or not, in any case, I will work as I have done before, and I will not resign," Hovsepyan stated .
To recall, on April 23 the Prime Minister of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan resigned.
