ArmInfo.Russian low-budget airline Pobeda opened regular flights from St. Petersburg to Gyumri, AviaPort reports.
According to the source, flights are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays on modern aircraft B737-800. The second largest city of Armenia became a novelty of the route network of Pulkovo Airport. Direct flights between St. Petersburg and Gyumri have not been carried out since July 2013. Earlier, the only Armenian point connected with direct flights to the city on the Neva was the capital of the country - Yerevan.
In the first quarter 2018, Pobeda Airlines serviced 194,000 passengers in Pulkovo, an increase of 82% over the same period in 2017.
