ArmInfo.  Participants of the protest action from early morning on April 20 blocked the crossroads of ul. Kochar- Gulbenkian.

At the moment, there is a tense situation between protesters and law  enforcers. Leader of the movement "Take a step, tell Serge NO" Nikol  Pashinyan calls on his supporters not to succumb to provocations and  adhere to the peaceful share price. "Dear drivers, leave your cars  and join us. Take your step," Pashinyan said to the drivers. He also  turned to the drivers of the trucks and urged them to block the  streets. The oppositionist has already stressed that everything is  ready to block a number of large streets. According to him, it is  necessary to demonstrate that Serzh Sargsyan does not control the  situation. The MP also expressed gratitude to the Armenian and US  diaspora organizations for their active support.

He also condemned the court's decision to arrest activist Tigran  Mazmanyan on charges of participating in riots near the Public Radio  building. "I have already said that the whole responsibility for the  radio situation lies with me, I believe that attempts to intimidate  our activists are unacceptable, I call on not to be subjected to this  terror, as our wave-like movement will reach its culmination in the  form of victory," the deputy said.

The demonstrators chant: "Take a step, reject Serzh" In turn, the  police call on the participants of the action not to disturb the  public order and to unblock the movement, not to inflame the  situation. After a prolonged blocking of the intersection, activists  continued to move through the streets of the city.

Early in the morning, the police already subjected the drive to 16  people, among whom is one of the leaders of the movement David  Sanasaryan.
