"On April 12 at about 2:30 pm local time, three residents of the Tavush region of Armenia moved to the neutral zone of the combat positions of the Nth military unit of the Ministry of Defense where they were blown up on a mine, one of the residents received a traumatic amputation of the right hand, and many shrapnel wounds of the body, the remaining two - traumatic amputation of the right foot, "- said in the message department.
It is also reported that a criminal case has been opened in the Criminal Code on the grounds of Article 376, part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (negligent treatment of military service, if it negligently led to serious consequences).
