The package established that for 1 kg of garbage the citizens of the country will pay from 50 to 400 drams depending on the community, the head of which will determine the amount of fees. At the same time, the state will co-finance this program aimed at the implementation of the "Clean Armenia" project. Annually, Armenian communities, with the exception of Yerevan, spend 3.4 billion drams on garbage collection, some of which will be financed by the state.
