As the press service of the Bank told ArmInfo, the results of the Contact Center's work show that customers are satisfied with the quality of service, and the number of calls coming to operators is continuously growing, reaching 1000-1500 calls a day.
The operators of the Contact Center of VTB Bank (Armenia) provide full information about the Bank's products and services, explain the details of card transactions, help with transactions in remote service channels, and also support the filing of applications for any loan products.
The contact center has become an important communication platform between the Bank and its customers. The contact center also provides transactional services, in particular, transfer of remittances received through all money transfer systems to the Bank's existing cards, operations on all customer accounts connected to the "Telephone banking" service based on customer call and proper identification, plastic cards launching. The contact center of VTB Bank (Armenia) works with customers through 4 communication channels: 1. Telephone calls; 2. Skype - chat and video calls; 3. E-mail; 4. Facebook (online consultation and answers to customer questions). It should be noted that the Contact Center of VTB Bank (Armenia) started its work in 2011. Among the tasks of the Contact Center was to provide high-quality information and communication support to existing and potential customers of the Bank, providing operational assistance in the event of problems arising from customers.
