ArmInfo. Armenian-Bulgarian contractual and legal framework was supplemented with four new agreements.
The agreements were signed during the state visit of the Bulgarian President Rumen Radev to Yerevan after the Armenian-Bulgarian talks at the highest level in the residence of the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.
Thus, in the presence of Sargsyan and Radev, agreements were signed between the governments of the two countries on the mutual protection of classified information and cooperation in the field of information technologies and communications. Armenia and Bulgaria also signed an agreement on the regulation of labor migration, and the ministries of culture of the two countries signed a cooperation program for 2018- 2020.
