ArmInfo. Armenian and French Ambassadors to Georgia Ruben Sadoyan and Pascal Meunier during the meeting on November 17 discussed wide specter of issues of two-sided agenda, provoking mutual interest.
According to the press service of Georgian Embassy to Armenia, an exchange of views took place at the meeting about the forthcoming summit of the International Organization of Francophonie (IOF) in Yerevan this year. In this context, Sadoyan noted that this will be the largest international event in Armenia, after the restoration of its independence.
It is expected that more than 100 delegations from different countries and up to fifty heads of state will take part in it. The Ambassador also stressed the importance of France as co-chairman of OSCE MG in Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement. The sides reciprocally stressed important role and importance of the Armenian community of France in strengthening ties between the two countries.
