ArmInfo. Armenia and Tajikistan cancel the visa regime. The agreement on mutual trips of citizens was ratified at the meeting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 16. "This is a fairly standard agreement, signed on June 14, 2017, and refers to ensuring that citizens of Armenia and Tajikistan without visas could make mutual visits, "Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan stated, presenting the document for ratification, RA and Tajik citizens can stay in the territory of these countries within six months, but not more than 90 days. CIS countries are bounded with an agreement on visa-free travel of citizens, but virtually all countries of the Commonwealth conclude additional bilateral agreements on this issue. In addition to Tajikistan, similar agreements are being prepared with Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
