ArmInfo. The public organizations of Armenia will have the opportunity to be reorganized. Amendments to the Civil Code and a package of accompanying laws were introduced by the Armenian parliament at a meeting on December 8.
According to one of the authors of the package presented, RA National Assembly deputy Hrayr Tovmasyan, in some organizations there are no former founders at present, and the requirement to present an act carries problems, including for organizations such as the Union of Communities, the Football Federation and etc. With the adoption of a package of laws, this problem will be solved, and public organizations will have the opportunity for an unhindered reorganization. In addition, the requirement to elect a general director or a chairman of the board at a general assembly of the public organization is also excluded, which will also allow resolving issues of public organizations promptly.
