ArmInfo.The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group - Igor Popov (Russia), Stefan Visconti (France) and Andrew Schofer (USA), after meeting with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammedyarov (November 14 and November 16, respectively) issued a statement.
According to the OSCE report, received in ArmInfo, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in- Office Andrzej Kasprzyk participated in the meetings. "The co-chairs discussed with the foreign ministers concrete steps to implement the agreements reached between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan at the Geneva summit on October 16, 2017, as well as other issues raised by the co-chairs in Geneva." During the meetings, the co-chairs and ministers reviewed a number of working proposals. The ministers agreed to hold a joint meeting on the sidelines of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in Vienna in December. The meeting will include the main issues of the political settlement of the conflict, as well as specific measures to reduce tensions in the contact line, special attention will be paid to completing the process to expand the office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office," the mediators report.
