ArmInfo.According to the agreement reached with the NKR authorities, the OSCE mission on July 19 conducted a planned monitoring of the contact line between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan at the Omar Pass.
The press service of the NKR MFA told ArmInfo that the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman- in-Office (OSCE), Andrzej Kasprzyk, his field assistant Ognjen Jovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and personal assistant Simon Tiller (Great Britain) monitored the Artsakh Defense Army positions.
On the opposite side of the contact line, monitoring was carried out by the field assistant of the OSCE PR Mikhail Olaru (Moldova) and the employee of the office Martin Schuster (Germany).
The monitoring was conducted in accordance with the schedule, however, the Azerbaijani side did not withdraw the OSCE mission to its front lines.
Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh accompanied the observation mission from Artsakh side.
