Armenian parliament Vice-Speaker reviewed crisis in  Russian-Azerbaijani relations

ArmInfo.Armenian Parliament Vice Speaker Edward Sharmazanov reviewed crisis in  Russian-Azerbaijani relations.

According to him, in the recent period, Russian side addressed to the  authorities of Azerbaijan two important messages, indicating that  there is a problem between Moscow and Baku, and, most likely, and a  big one. "I consider it very important that the statement of the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia on discrimination against  Russian citizens of Armenian origin in Azerbaijan. Undoubtedly, this  is not new for us, we often encounter evidence of the Armenian-Baku  policy of Baku. But I think it's important to sound this problem from  Moscow. Another message is the statement of the Frontier Directorate  of the Russian Federal Security Service in Armenia, where the  Nagorno-Karabakh Republic skips the formulation, "Sharmazanov said at  a press conference in Yerevan on July 12.

At the same time, he expressed confidence that these are not simple  coincidences. Vice Speaker thinks that those are clear messages of  Moscow to Baku, which also evidence that the relations between the  states suffer tough times.
