Yes, and in the case of the supplier of bread for the group "Sasna Tsrer" Artur Sargsyan, who died on March 16 of this year in the Yerevan Medical Center "Armenia", there are still no guilty. "We told you that the legal system condemns Arthur Sargsyan to death, we warned you, and life showed that, according to your logic, our non-expert opinion was correct," Pashinyan said. On December 31, 2016 Artur Sargsyan was released. However, the court of the administrative districts of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun re-imprisoned him on 9 February, after which he died due to deterioration of his health. Meanwhile, Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan, who reported on the work of the department headed by him, in 2016, did not justify Arthur Sargsyan's presence of diseases incompatible with serving his sentence, and there were grounds for keeping Him in custody. Artur Davtyan said that Sargsyan was at large for a long time, was hospitalized and operated on. "The forensic medical examination that was appointed in the criminal case will give a clear answer regarding the death of Arthur Sargsyan.The investigation of the circumstances of Arthur Sargsyan's death is currently being conducted by the relevant expert commission of the Armenian Ministry of Health, which is the same commission that noted that Arthur Sargsyan suffers from the related diseases, - added the Attorney General. At the same time, the former minister of justice, and now the deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan considers that the Prosecutor General has no right to give explanations in any case.
