ArmInfo. On June 17, the "Artshakh Air Fest" festival will be opened at Stepanakert airport, which is held by "Yel Extreme Park" company with the support of the Ministry of the Economy of the Artsakh Republic.
In the first part of the festival the participants of the event will have the opportunity from the Stepanakert airport to make a tourist flight in a two-seat airplane, a paraglider or in a balloon.
State Arts, culture, businessmen, press, tourists from Armenia and other countries will attend the festival "Artsakh Air Fest".
The purpose of this festival is the development of tourism in Artsakh, raising awareness about the potential of light aircrafts in Artsakh, facilitating the organization of leisure, promoting healthy lifestyles and interesting business projects.
Since 2015, Yell Extrime Park has been carrying out a number of projects in the field of tourism. The projects are aimed at developing adventure tourism in Armenia and Artsakh, creating jobs, improving the quality of life and promoting healthy lifestyles.
"Yell Extrime Park" started its activity in the Yenokavan community of the Tavush region, presenting the project for the construction of the world's longest ziplayn with a length of 680 meters and a height of 200- 300 m. The flight on the zipline will last 3-4 minutes and will have the opportunity to develop a speed of 120 km per hour.
And now the company offers to fans of outdoor activities paragliding, paintball, horse riding, off-road tours, etc. Expanding the scope of activities of "Yell Extrime Park" in May 2017, together with the airport in Stapanakerta, began to fly Stepanakert-Shushi and in the opposite direction, without stops, which received the names "Free flights in free Artsakh".
