Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan told ArmInfo correspondent.
At the same time, he said that the level of representation of the Armenian side will be reported additionally.
On May 21 in Istanbul, under the chairmanship of Turkey, a special meeting of the BSEC Foreign Ministers Council will be held, within the framework of which the preparations for the meeting of the BSEC Heads of State and Government on the 25th anniversary of this Organization is to be discussed.
Ministers of Azerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, representatives of observer countries and BSEC partner countries in the sectoral dialogue will attend the meeting of the Foreign Ministers Council.
The main item on the agenda is the draft final declaration of the BSEC summit. The document is devoted to the prospects of increasing multilateral economic cooperation between the Black Sea countries, increasing the practical impact of the Organization's activities, and its further priorities.
