ArmInfo.The concept offer by the Defense Minister, "Nation- Army" is aimed upbringing citizens of the society who will be demanding to the sector of security. Thew President of Armenia announced this during the forum of "nation-Army-2017" dedicated to the problems of the military educational sector.  

"Nowadays, forum is a means of strengthening the connection of the  society and especially the youth, with our Armed Forces. New  initiatives, which are to be discussed today, as well as the  potential gained during years will create a serious basis for the  formation of a strong core of our commanders of the new generation,  officers-in-stuff. From the "Monte Melkonyan" military school, which  will be reopened in September in Dilijan with new and wide  possibilities, to the new educational programs for our highest  military institutions, from the civil universities to our servicemen  of compulsory service, who carry combat duties on thje first line of  defense, we must, by the reviewed policy, continue the strengthening  of the respect and love of our society to Armenian Army", stated the  President.

He stated that the state will continue the implementation of  practical steps for its citizens who chose the army profession. "We  also will continue our policy which is the special treatment to those  who sacrificed their lives for the Fatherland or received  disabilities during the service on our Armed Forces", he stated,  informing that has already instructed the Minister of Defense to take  practical steps immediately in the direction of providing houses to  the families of the lost serviceman or those with disabilities of the  first group.   

The President also added that the patriotic upbringing is to be  strengthened in every citizen firstly.  

"Responsibility is not an abstract and high idea. Responsible is the  man who has at least his own shelter." stated Sargsyan. 

According to him, the reforms that are being implemented in the  country are aimed at encouraging and strengthening this relationship.  "The next few years will be decisive on this path. These changes are  cardinal, they will be tangible for every citizen of the Republic of  Armenia," the head of state promised, adding that being a master of  one's own rights means being free.
