ArmInfo. The fight for the position in Armenian Parliament is becoming tense with elections coming closer, and while the opposition forces express activization of populist oratory, than blocs claiming for efficient number of chairs parties come to effective methods, active use of administrative resources, including, as media has multiply stated, police and enforcement entities, as well as leaders of educative institutions.
However, the most efficient method of implication to Armenian voter is pre electoral bribery, and ruling forces know that well. At that, with the elections coming closer the charges of pre electoral bribes are increasing with geometrical progression, increasing from 5 thousand AMD to 25 thousand AMD. Within the growth of pre electoral bribery the methods of control are being shrewd for the "viable" use of them.
According to media, Akob Beglaryan( brother of former Minister of Transport and Relations Gagik Beglaryan), the lawmaker candidate of RPA supporters, suggest voters bribery at 15 thousand AMD in Centre community, stressing that this is rather high 'price for their votes' compared to their opponents suggested bribery.
However, the representatives of the candidate, as 'honest citizens' warn 'greedy voters' immediately that there is not such thing as a free lunch, and in order to 'deserve' 15 thousand AMD is necessary to pass 'certain procedures', particularly early in the morning at one of the headquarters of the candidate, where the voter will be presented the 'evidences' that online voting process is being observed by the headquarter employees. In other words, as one of the residents of Center community informed media, wanted to remain unanimous due to obvious reasons, Beglaryan's supporters assured him that hidden cameras are installed in some electoral headquarters, that are connected to the computers of pre electoral headquarters of the candidate, aimed at observing the voting process online.
It is possible that the conversations on such informal 'secret video recorders' have bullying effect and even those who are not tend to believe the existence of this kind of perfect control mechanism, but is not indifferent to free money, prudently will vote in a 'proper' way according to the agreement with local authorities, coming as supporters of this or that candidate. The current race for pre electoral bribery is developed at secondary electoral regions (Arabkir, Davitashen), where Artak Sarkisyan( SAS Artak, owner of the same line of supermarkets), Arthur Gevorkyan ( son-in-law of the Police Commandant Armank Babloyan, son of Armenian Parliament Speaker Galust Sahakyan ,Arman Sahakyan (the head of state property department) - candidates well known by Armenian public
As one of the local residents told ArmInfo, also wanted to remain unknown, the representatives of practically all lawmaker candidates 'knocked their doors' suggesting bribery. "For Babloyan's son suggested less than 10 thousand AMD", he complained adding that Gagik Mkheyan suggested the higher twice sum, the son of ex MP from Orinats Yerkir Party, who is the son-in-law of the lawmaker candidate of the Republican Party of Armenia Hovhannes Sofolyan. "He suggested 20 thousand AMD for a vote to RPA. But the most generous turned Artak Sarksyan. His supporters suggested 25 thousand AMD," she clarified. At that , noting that the compulsory condition of all the candidates was that early in the morning of elections day, "voter-conformists" will be taken to the headquarters by special cars, and on the road they will be informed about relevant instructions, not concretizing what kind of instructions, and how the 'right' result of the voting will be controlled.
