Iveta Tonoyan: The growing rating of Tsarukyan plunged the "Elk" bloc

ArmInfo. The inadequate statements of the representatives of the Yelk bloc addressed to Gagik Tsarukyan are due to the growing rating of Tsarukyan himself and the  bloc headed by him. This was stated in the conversation with the  correspondent of ArmInfo by the press secretary of Gagik Tsarukyan  Iveta Tonoyan, referring to the criticism of the representatives of  the "Elk" bloc in his address.

"Apparently, the growing rating of Tsarukyan and the bloc headed by  him, unconditional support and love of the people plunged the  representatives of the" Elk "bloc into a panic and were forced to  make similar inadequate statements. But only the people have the  right to judge this or that politician or political corpse, the  people know well who is who", Tonoyan said.

To note, the second number in the list of the "Elk" bloc, former  Prime Minister Aram Sargsyan stated that the richest man in Armenia  (Gagik Tsarukyan) cannot be an oppositionist, since it is impossible  to deploy a large business without the authorities. He also  criticized the intellectual level of Tsarukyan, saying that if  elected, he could shame the country if it were to be presented on  international platforms. The third issue of the same bloc, Nikol  Pashinyan, stated that Serzh Sargsyan deliberately allowed Tsarukyan  to return to politics so that he would take as many votes from the  opposition as possible. Pashinyan also expressed the opinion that in  case of success in the elections Tsarukyan either consolidates into a  coalition with the Republican Party or becomes an opposition  controlled by the authorities.

To recall, recently Tsarukyan stated the impossibility of joining the  coalition with the Republican Party.  "We were already there and  realized that we do not need it", he assured.
