ArmInfo. The normalization of relations between Russia and Turkey should not be observed as a process, which could damage other republics, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov stated during his interview to Regional-Post-Caucasus journal, answering the question if Armenia should be concerned with Russian-Turkish contingence in any aspect.
"Russia has no latent agenda. We do not raise political or economic alliances against the third countries, pinching anybody's interests. We are perfectly open for constructive, mutually beneficial collaboration with everyone, who expresses appropriate readiness. We are sure driving the situation out of long months lasting Russian-Turkish relations crisis will result the increase of trust and mutual understanding in the region. We hope that gradual reconstruction of bilateral cooperation with Ankara will affect positively the world, safety and stabilization in Trans-Caucasus region," Lavrov said.
